Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are Crystal Intention Candles?
Each candle is meticulously researched and designed to benefit the type of crystals and herbs used to the fragrance oils with their meanings to help amplify intentions.
  • What is an intention?
Intentions come from the heart rather than something tangible. It is to evoke feelings of purpose on how you live within your daily life and strongly linked to one's values. When used regularly, it is a great tool to help reset and align your heart and mind.
  • How do I light a crystal intention candle?
With your new Empath Ana candle, trim the wick slightly, pause to consider what your intention is and then light the candle at the same time. You can do this each time you relight your candle and the idea is that you have what we call a ‘charged crystal’ when the candle is finished that you can scoop out, wipe clean and carry with you or place somewhere special. Always read the candle care instructions for safety purposes.
  • Can I scoop out the crystals before the candle is finished?
This is a personal preference. Some people may remove the larger crystals from the candle just as the wax is melting. Sometimes larger pieces of crystal may push the wick off-centre and you can use something like either push it to the side or scoop out. To avoid burning yourself, never use bare hands near a naked flame or hot wax. Keep out of reach of young children and pets as per the candle safety instructions.
  • Are your candles vegan friendly?
Absolutely! We use soy and coconut blended sustainable wax and premium grade perfume oils. Ingredients are all cruelty free.
  • Can I order your candles without the stones?
Yes, a request can be made via email to smile@empathana.com.au We can advise a timeline of when the particular type of candle you are after is to be made and we can leave the stones out. Prepayment is required upon confirmation of order.
  • Where are the candles made?
